Reach the Star Maze from the far-left fork, hide from the Maze Bear, and interact with the bell in the exit chamber.
How do you use Bell Ringer?
Reset back to spawn after the ring, then take the path behind the statue. The full bear transformation is a later step and uses a different badge.
